DONATELLA  for Jennifer 2010

Portraits of People and Pets since 1987.  Acrylic portrait based on a photograph.  This is the beloved pet of Jennifer. We had a wonderful time meeting and I so enjoyed playing with Donatella, as she sat for her photo session.  The photo provided an excellent character study and I was able to produce this commissioned piece.  A beautiful puppy, blessed to have such a great admirer and appreciater of her subtle beauty.   A win win for all parties.  16x20" on canvas.
